It was an incredible day for our upper elementary and middle school students! They had an opportunity to work with talented visiting artists Robert LatoΕ and Julia Konieczna, who brought creativity and inspiration to the classroom.
Our students dove into the world of digital art, using the Glaze app to craft their own unique self-portraits that mimic classic oil painting techniques.
Their creations have now been submitted to a self-portrait contest, and we’re excited to see how they shine.
At ISK our mission is about preparing students to make the world better place, which also includes the world of visual arts.
