Our Early Years students are curious about nutrition. They transformed into mini chefs and whipped up some "Power Balls!" These yummy and healthy treats were made with just three simple ingredients: carrots, dates, and oats. We grated carrots, mixed them with dates, oats, and a dash of cinnamon, then rolled them into perfect little balls. To finish, the kids had fun decorating them with coconut flakes. But that’s not all! We also made our own milk—no cow required! We used oats instead to create fresh, homemade oatmeal milk. πŸ’ͺ

It was a fun and tasty way to explore healthy eating, and the kids loved being hands-on in the kitchen. Who knows, maybe they'll want to make these treats at home too! 🀩
