Leadership & Board of Trustees

School Leadership Team
The Leadership Team provides instructional leadership and operational oversight, working collaboratively with the ISK faculty to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students. Together, they manage the implementation of strategic initiatives, support teaching and learning, and ensure the well-being and success of both students and staff.
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the governing body of our school, providing strategic direction and long-term oversight to ensure ISK's continued success and sustainability. As stewards of ISK’s mission, vision, and values, the Board plays a vital role in shaping the school’s strategic goals, policies, and financial health.
The Board of Trustees is composed of nine voting members: four elected members and five appointed members. The Director serves as an ex-officio member of the Board without voting rights.
The Consul General of the United States Consulate in Kraków (or their designee) and one additional representative from the U.S. Consulate General also serve on the Board for the duration of their posting in Kraków. The Consul General (or designee) serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees.
